Tips for getting set up for our virtual appointment:
- Find a private space where you won't be interrupted or worried about someone overhearing our session
-You can use your phone or computer, it's best if you use a recent version of Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox
-You can choose if you want to connect via video or just audio
-You can use headphones with a microphone or just the microphone on your phone or computer
-The virtual sessions will be on a program called Practice Better, you will receive an email with more instructions and the link to connect to the sessions
-You will also receive an email with 3 forms to fill out prior to our first session. These are all done online and submitted online. 
-If you are having technical difficulties just send me a message

If you need to reschedule an appointment:
-There is a link to reschedule in the email you will receive, or you can message me via this website, Email, Practice Better, Facebook or Instagram

24 hour notice is needed to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This allows our office to seek a replacement. If 24 hour notice is not provided, a fee of $20.00 will be charged to you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Payment
I prefer e-transfer but also accept Mastercard and Visa.
I do not Direct Bill to Third Party Insurance at the moment, I plan to offer this service in the future. I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your Insurance if you wish. 
Registered Dietitian services can be claimed on your Income Tax
